Founder & Principal, Joli N. Aslan, envisioned and launched CapConX Management Solutions after several years progressing through the corporate landscape.  Joli leverages broad expertise as an executive strategist, liaison, and top performer. Trained and inspired by respected industry entrepreneurs, Joli cultivated a mastery of enterprise business processes, corporate communications, and transparent methods for creating synergy to drive progress. Articulate and intuitive, she collaborates confidently across levels and organizations to sharpen strategies and build consensus for focused growth. Joli holds an M.S. in Leadership and Project Management from Northeastern University, as well as a B.A. in History and African American Studies from the University of Virginia.
